This is my third Revlon Colorstay Skinny liquid liner you can read about the first one here.  I also own Navy Shock but have not written a review on it yet.

Beauty Guru

This liquid liner is bronze with gold/bronze glitter infused into the product.  The pigment is good but it is better if you add two coats for opaqueness.  The product applies easily and smoothly onto bare skin and skin with product like powders and layers well on top of itself.

The brush tip is a very thin 0.1 mm and does not bleed into the skin.

I think it is a good eyeliner but not as good as the Black Out or Navy Shock but I do recommend it.
