A little while ago I was browsing beauty products at a local chemist and happened upon some beautiful cosmetics by a brand by the name of Eye of Horus Cosmetics.  It is an Australian brand which uses Ancient Egyptian concepts in creating great products using Moringa Oil.

They mainly focus on cosmetics for the eyes and brows.  Hence the name Eye of Horus.  The packaging is so pretty! There is four different eyeshadow palettes - I chose the Sheba Mystical Goddess Eyeshadow Palette which is resplendent with a gold and purple rendered cat in Ancient Egyptian guise.

The there are three colours in each palette - in this palette the colours are a sparkly creamy beige "Artifact", a matte but sparkly "Enchantress Peach" and "Royal Abyss" a deep purple.  It also comes with a mini eyeshadow brush.  These are Italian baked using the Ancient Egyptian formulas.  When I bought this product, I also received a free lovely little micro-fibre cleansing cloth towel which is white with a gold stitched Eye of Horus emblazoned on it.  It all came in a black logo stamped paper bag.

• These are very versatile colours that you can use dry or wet.  
• Using them wet brings out more of the colour.  
• They blend very easily.

I definitely will be wanting to purchase more of their products, I am particularly in love with the Olivine eye liner pencil as it is not that obvious as a green and it has gold flecks in it! I actually thought it was a light black pencil so there you go!
