I got a sample of this Korres face cleanser from Mecca Cosmetica which is Australia's version of Sephora basically. I was interested to try it because I had never tried anything from Korres before.

One of the selling points of this product is that it utilises milk proteins as Korres is a brand that utilises natural products as a feature in all their products. It includes honeysuckle which when used in skincare has moisturising abilities as well as helping the formula to lather up, it also has anti-inflammatory properties. Whey protein is also part of this product and it is a good cleanser for hair and skin. The perfume included in the cleanser is pretty weak smelling to me and is one of the very last ingredients listed so that should indicate that it is not being used in large amounts when the product is being produced.
The sample I got gave me two good servings of the product and I used it with mascara, eyeliner, eye-shadow and eyebrow pencil as well as my Revlon Photoready BB Cream Skin Perfector that I wear everyday to see how well it removed any of these products and how it cleansed my face.
Top points of this product are:
- Removes makeup products very well *none were waterproof though*
- Does not leave a noticeable residue
- The perfume included in the product is fairly weak
- Nice texture
- Did not strip my face bare of moisture/oils
I do recommend this product because it does work and has the aforementioned benefits. The price is just not called for.
