My skin is white, with freckling and is oily/combination and 38 years of age

This is one of two products from The Ordinary that I purchased at the same time and I waited to use and review this product because I had received the Lancome Genefique Sensitive Concentrate and did not want to mix products and not know what effects were being caused by what.

Buffet is a mix of beneficial amino acids and moisturizing agents. A few of the ingredients are unverified by scientific methods that are independent of the company studies that are performed and cited.  It is clear, in a frosted glass bottle with a dropper.  The product has the consistency of watery yet viscous egg white.  It is not sticky though.  It spreads very nicely and dries quickly. Once applied you will forget you put it on.  It is advised to be used morning and night which is how I found results after around a week and a half.  It gave a similar result to the Lancome Genefique Sensitive Concentrate serum which is a skin clarity, a softness.

It lasted around a month and I also applied it to the tops of my hands, neck and decolletage twice daily use as directed. A little goes a long way! I think despite the low price point, Buffet is a great product which marries new ingredients and more established and is definitely a contender out there with a formula that is worth more than what it priced at.  I will definitely be purchasing this product again.
