These retractable pencils were the first Revlon eyebrow products I had ever tried.

The pencil is in the form of a retractable pencil/pen.  There is a spool on one end and the pencil on the other.  The colour product is a great mix of wax and pigment ingredients which gives a longevity to the product, especially if you have oily skin  like I do.  One of the drawbacks of the Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil in Hazel that I have favoured for so long is that if you are oily, it does affect the brows after maybe four or so hours depending on activity level and other products on the skin near the brows.  As you can expect, wearing sunscreen in that area does help to make the skin oilier and helps breakdown the product.

This pencil is a bargain and lasts about 5 weeks if used daily.  The medium brown was a little too dark for me but it still worked as long as you didn't go too hard on the pigment.  The blonde  is a little too soft in colour but if you go in hard the appearance is too heavy too block like so I have mixed the Rimmel brow product with the Revlon blonde shade of the pencil and I get the best of both products.

I definitely recommend these brow products if the shades are your shades as often people find some browns too red and some blondes too green or not right in some other way.
