Unless you are a dedicated wearer every day of liquid lipsticks, there will be times when you wear a more regular lipstick formulation such as a cream, satin, frosted, sheer etc and have trouble getting these lipsticks to stay for more than an hour.
Although we are getting formulations that attempt to stay longer and longer there is no doubt not all lipsticks are formulated this way.
Here are my tips on getting the most out of your lipstick wear time:

Here are my tips on getting the most out of your lipstick wear time:
- Once you have your chosen lipstick and lip liner first apply your lip liner to your lips on the outer lip line.
- Now this step is personal preference: You can either leave the lips lined on the outer edge or you can now fill it in completely still using the lip liner.
- Now, get some face powder and lightly powder your lips.
- Apply lipstick richly to lips.
- Then get a tissue and blot your mouth.
- Extra Step: Reapply powder and then reapply your lipstick.
