I have just read the news that L'Oreal cosmetics giant is to purchase the very popular IT Cosmetics! A majority of cosmetic companies are owned by much larger companies and has been the case for a long time.

It is reported that it will be costing L'Oreal $1.2 Billion dollars cash to acquire IT Cosmetics.
